Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Singapore or Malaysia seeks a Customer Implementation Lead who will steer and oversee end-to-end onboarding for customers across Malaysia and Singapore. You will manage projects, coordinate resources, and ensure sustainable, high-quality implementation to support import and export operations, including post-implementation governance and KPI monitoring.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product and operations, lead trainings, and resolve escalations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree and 4–6 years of work experience.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Experience in leading meetings and facilitating training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and drive insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementation projects across Malaysia and Singapore.
• Coordinate and resolve implementation escalations.
• Ensure onboarding of new customer solutions, incl. training, IT/EDI integration.
• Monitor KPIs and governance post-implementation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and operations.
