BeathChapman Pte Ltd is partnering with a leading global crypto and digital assets firm to hire a Head of Compliance in Singapore. The role leads regulatory engagement, governance, and the compliance strategy across the business, with direct exposure to regulators and executives.

This senior leadership role requires overseeing licensing, AML/CFT, and financial crime controls while collaborating with product, operations, and business teams to embed regulatory requirements in new initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of compliance experience in fintech, payments, crypto or digital assets.
• Proven track record engaging directly with regulators such as MAS.
• Strong end-to-end compliance framework design and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the firm's compliance function and regulatory strategy.
• Act as the liaison with regulators and oversee licensing matters.
• Strengthen AML/CFT and risk management frameworks.
• Provide compliance oversight across payments and digital asset activities.
• Partner with business, operations and product to embed regulatory requirements.
• Advise senior management on regulatory developments and risks.
