Job summary

Singtel is seeking a Senior Credit Management Executive (Fixed-Term) to drive business analysis across Order-to-Cash, Billing and Credit Management within the New Core transformation. You will collaborate with Business SMEs, Project Managers, Solution Architects and IT teams to translate requirements into effective system designs.

You will document BRD/FRD, support SIT/UAT, and assist with data migration and process alignment while ensuring continuity of operations throughout the programme.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Analysis, Finance Operations or Credit Management.
• Experience in SAP ERP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) or similar ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Experience supporting SIT and UAT.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagements.
• Review and validate business requirements, user stories and functional specifications.
• Analyse existing (“As-Is”) business processes and define future (“To-Be”) operating models.
• Identify process gaps, business risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support solution walkthroughs and business design discussions.
• Develop test cases and support end-to-end testing.
