Singtel Group is building an AI-first telco for the future, and the Senior Credit Management Executive will support Project New Core to modernise Singtel’s O2C, Billing, Customer Management and Credit Management capabilities.

You will collaborate with Business SMEs, Project Managers, Solution Architects, IT, vendors and stakeholders to translate business requirements into future-state processes, validate designs and drive adoption.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Analysis, Finance Operations or Credit Management.
• Experience in SAP ERP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) or similar ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagements.
• Review and validate business requirements, user stories and functional specifications.
• Analyse existing (“As-Is”) business processes and define future (“To-Be”) operating models.
• Identify process gaps, business risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support solution walkthroughs and business design discussions.
• Review functional specifications prepared by vendors and IT teams.
• Validate solution design against approved business requirements.
• Ensure Credit Management business rules are accurately reflected in the solution.
• Participate in design reviews and sign-off activities.
• Support end-to-end testing activities including: SIT, UAT, BRT, Regression Testing
• Developing test cases; Executing test scripts; Supporting business users during testing; Coordinating issue resolution with IT and vendors.
• Support migration activities including: Master Data validation, Data cleansing, Cutover planning, Production verification.
• Support reviews across Credit Management functions including: Customer Master Data, Credit Assessment, Credit Limit Management, Payment & Receipting, Collections, Dunning, Statement of Account, Bad Debt Management, Write-Off, Security Deposits, Reporting & Analytics.
• Work closely with Business SMEs, Project Managers, Solution Designers, SAP Functional Consultants, IT Teams, Testing Teams, Data Migration Teams, PMO to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Prepare and maintain: BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Flows, Work Instructions, SOP, Training Materials, User Guides, Test Evidence, Business Sign-off Documents.
