Job summary

A leading logistics MNC is looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager to ensure timely and accurate financial operations. The role requires 2-3 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding or 3PL industry, alongside a Diploma in Accounting. Candidates should be able to manage accounts, resolve discrepancies, and adhere to payment policies.

Qualifications

• 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding / 3PL industry is preferred.
• Ability to start work within a short notice is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring timely and accurate recording of payments.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and monitor credit control policies and payment terms.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and overdue accounts.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and payment-related disputes promptly.
• Collaborate with customers and internal departments to resolve issues.
