Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking an AR professional to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive timely collections, monitor aging, and resolve payment disputes using Oracle or similar ERP.

You will partner with Sales, Operations and Finance to address billing issues, support credit reviews, prepare AR and aging reports, ensure data accuracy, and travel occasionally to Taiwan and other countries (1–2 times per year).

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Collections, or Order-to-Cash.
• Strong understanding of AR processes and collections practices.
• Experience resolving payment issues directly with customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to Taiwan and other countries occasionally (1–2 times/year).
