Job summary

Axiom Recruit is partnering with a fast-growing digital asset platform to hire a Senior Credit Analyst to lead investment research, due diligence, and portfolio analysis across tokenised credit, RWAs, and the broader digital asset ecosystem.

The role requires a crypto-native background, strong modelling and credit skills, and the ability to build data-driven research tools. Remote work is available with a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years' experience in investment analysis, credit, asset management, or investment banking within the digital assets/blockchain industry.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, credit analysis, and investment research skills.
• Deep understanding of digital assets, blockchain, tokenised real-world assets (RWAs), and crypto markets.
• CFA Charterholder (or candidate) preferred; Python, SQL, or similar analytical tools are a plus.
• Experience with institutional digital asset investing, DeFi, or tokenised credit is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and evaluate investment opportunities across digital assets, tokenised credit, and real-world assets.
• Conduct financial modelling, valuation analysis, credit assessments, and due diligence on blockchain projects and investment opportunities.
• Monitor portfolio performance, risk exposures, on-chain activity, and market developments.
• Produce investment research, insights, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Build data-driven tools, dashboards, and leverage AI and blockchain analytics to enhance research and decision-making.
• Stay current with developments across digital assets, DeFi, tokenisation, and the broader blockchain ecosystem.
