Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, digital content creation, or a related creative role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom.
Experience with photo editing and retouching, including colour correction and image enhancement.
Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
Portfolio showcasing creative work across digital platforms, including social media and marketing campaigns.
Good understanding of current social media content trends and visual aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Design and develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, retail stores, and other brand touchpoints.
Translate creative briefs and content calendars into compelling visual content aligned with brand guidelines.
Maintain consistency in visual identity, design quality, and brand aesthetics across all deliverables.
Conceptualize and execute content for social media and marketing campaigns.
Create, edit, and produce photo and video content for digital, e-commerce, and retail channels.
Perform photo editing and retouching to ensure high-quality visuals, accurate product representation, and consistency.
Manage the preparation, editing, and uploading of digital assets and product content to website backend systems.
Plan and execute product styling, flat lays, photography sessions, and content shoots.
Support photoshoots by ensuring accurate, visually appealing product presentation.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to deliver campaign objectives and content initiatives.
Monitor industry, fashion, design, and social media trends to contribute fresh creative concepts.
Manage multiple creative projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
