Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Lead, Graphic Design & Creative to own the graphic design function and elevate the quality of creative output across physical and digital environments. This senior, hands-on role requires originating concepts from a blank page, guiding a team of designers, and presenting ideas confidently to clients and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of graphic design experience with at least 4 years in design leadership.
• Experience in MICE, events, exhibitions, or related agency environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating branding, visual storytelling across physical and digital media.
• Excellent presentation and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction and establish high visual standards across the graphic design function.
• Drive the end-to-end creative process from initial brief, ideation and concept development through to final execution.
• Develop compelling visual narratives, brand experiences and design systems across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Work closely with the spatial design team to develop cohesive visual, spatial and experiential concepts.
• Remain hands-on across selected flagship and high-profile projects, while providing direction and guidance to the wider design team.
• Lead, mentor and develop graphic designers, building a culture of creative excellence, collaboration and accountability.
• Review creative output to ensure quality, accuracy, consistency and alignment with the intended creative direction.
• Translate complex client objectives into strong creative concepts and visual solutions.
• Present and articulate creative concepts and design rationale confidently to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Support pitches and business development initiatives with creative concepts, visual storytelling and high-impact presentations.
• Collaborate closely with Production and Event Operations to ensure designs are feasible, production-ready and aligned with project requirements.
• Manage studio workflows, project priorities, timelines and resources across multiple concurrent projects.
• Identify potential creative or production bottlenecks early and take the initiative to keep projects moving.
