George P. Johnson (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is seeking a talented 2D Designer to join our experiential marketing team in Singapore. The role requires a strong eye for design and an ability to master brand guidelines across print, digital and social media projects.

You will work on large client accounts, collaborating with production teams and suppliers, extending into art directing tasks, and contributing to concept creation and execution across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in an agency or experiential design environment.
• Proven track record in turning concept to production.
• Experience with brand development and the creative process.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the production team to deliver on client goals.
• Explain design concepts to non-designers and sell ideas; challenge briefs.
• Take concepts through to final visuals and production-ready artwork.
• Implement client guidelines across space and media.
• Problem-solve with the team to provide creative solutions.
• Maintain design identity and consistency across brands.
• Deliver high-standard design across all projects.
• Prioritize and manage workload across multiple projects.
