Job summary

East Coast Podiatry Centre PTE LTD is seeking a Senior Creative & Content Creator to lead content ideas, shoot and edit videos, and manage social media across major platforms. You will work with the marketing team and external partners to bring creative concepts to life on digital channels.

You will oversee content calendars, develop engaging captions and marketing copy, and ensure brand consistency while staying ahead of trends in healthcare, wellness, and lifestyle content.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in content creation, videography, social media or digital marketing.
• Strong creative thinking, storytelling and communication skills.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Familiar with cameras, lighting and basic video production.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator or After Effects is a plus.
• Comfortable working across social media platforms and digital content.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage projects independently.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Portfolio or video reel showcasing previous work is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative ideas, hooks, and content for social media, digital campaigns and advertising.
• Provide creative and art directions to all content development and assets.
• Manage and create content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
• Manage and create social media content calendar, posting, and performance.
• Plan, film and edit short‑form videos, Reels and other marketing content.
• Handle video production from pre‑production to post‑production, including basic planning, talent coordination and shoot arrangements.
• Create and adapt simple visual creatives and digital ads.
• Manage and organise video footage and creative assets.
• Work with influencers, talents, agencies and production partners when required.
• Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and delivered on time.
• Keep up with social media trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Ability to write social media captions, blog articles and marketing copy.
