Job summary

SD Legal (recruiting on behalf of an MNC) is seeking a Senior Counsel with energy/renewables expertise to support APAC regional leaders. You will lead cross-border transactions from origination through closure, and manage complex negotiations in a dynamic regional team.

The role requires 7-12 years PQE, a strong energy/transactional background, Tier 1 training, and the ability to collaborate with regulators across multiple markets, including Japan and Korea.
