Job summary

KREDIVO GROUP LTD (Singapore Branch) is looking for a driven corporate development professional to lead commercial due diligence on acquisitions and market entry projects. You will size markets, map competitors, segment customers, assess unit economics, and model synergies to support deal structuring.

You will conduct primary research via expert and customer interviews and surveys, translating findings into actionable recommendations for financial planning and execution.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, private equity due diligence, or corporate development.
• Familiarity with financial services and fintech.
• Execution oriented in fast, high growth environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to engage with AI tools.
• Fluency in English.
• Based in Singapore but willing to travel occasionally.

Job Description:

• Leading the commercial due diligence workstream on potential acquisitions and market entry projects, including market sizing, competitive landscape assessment, customer segmentation, unit economics, regulatory dynamics, and post merger synergy assessment
• Conducting primary research (expert interviews, customer interviews, surveys), and translating overall diligence findings into actionable recommendations for deal structuring and financial planning
• Monitoring industry trends, competitive developments and emerging expansion opportunities
• Supporting end to end execution of mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments and joint ventures - including sourcing, screening, evaluating and closing transactions
• Supporting capital markets and investor relations efforts, including preparation of materials for communicating the firm’s strategy to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of working experience in management consulting, private equity due diligence, or corporate development
• Familiarity with and interest in the financial services and fintech industry
• Execution oriented and enjoys working in fast, high growth environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and able to engage with AI tools
• Fluency in English
