People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking an Executive/Manager-level professional with strong experience in corporate insurance broking for construction, P&C and datacentres. The role involves advising on coverage, structuring solutions, and coordinating proposals and renewals.

Successful candidates will manage key client relationships, negotiate terms with insurers, and contribute to business development while guiding junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Commercial insurance broking experience across construction, P&C and datacentres.
• Knowledge of policy coverage, placement processes and insurer negotiations.
• Strong client management skills and the ability to handle accounts independently.
• Tertiary or professional insurance qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise corporate clients on construction, property & casualty (P&C) and datacentre insurance needs.
• Structure insurance solutions and negotiate coverage, pricing and terms with insurers.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate placements, renewals and policy changes.
• Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
• Support claims matters through liaison with clients, insurers and relevant parties.
• Senior candidates will also guide colleagues and contribute to business development.
