Strong background in corporate law, contract review and negotiation.
Ability to analyse and apply legal principles to unfamiliar areas of law and business.
Excellent legal research, drafting, negotiation and advisory skills.
Able to provide practical, commercially sound legal advice to internal stakeholders.
Qualified lawyer with relevant legal qualifications and professional experience.
