Job summary

SPH Media Fund is seeking a qualified lawyer to join its Legal team in Singapore. You will support a broad range of legal and regulatory matters across editorial, commercial and corporate functions in a fast-paced media-technology environment.

The role offers exposure to transactions, IP matters, digital initiatives and corporate secretarial duties, with opportunities for growth within a collaborative, purpose-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer in Singapore with LLB and at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Corporate and commercial work experience, with exposure in technology and data privacy law.
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders across editorial, sales, production and corporate functions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate on a diverse range of agreements and transactions.
• Advise on transactions for production, procurement, distribution and delivery functions of the business.
• Advise on intellectual property rights and related issues in the digital media and other platforms.
• Support corporate and strategic initiatives, including new product launches and digital transformation projects.
• Corporate secretarial duties for the companies in the Group.

Qualifications & Competencies
