Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years working experience as a creative.
• Knowledgeable and understanding of the latest innovations, trends and developments in our industry.
• A proven track record of previous success, as well as a determination to continue to succeed

Responsibilities

• Participate in strategic conversations providing input from a creative perspective.
• Lead briefs from conceptualisation to execution independently.
• Mentor junior team members and coach creatives.
• Build effective client and internal relationships.
• Demonstrate creative problem solving and drive disruptive ideas
