Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in advertising, creative or brand agency environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and integrated campaign work.
• Excellent command of English with natural flair for language, ideas and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop big ideas and creative concepts from brief to execution.
• Collaborate with Creative and Account teams to develop integrated campaigns.
• Conceptualise campaigns across branding, ATL, BTL, digital, social media, video, activations and experiential/spatial experiences.
• Develop brand propositions, campaign platforms, key messages, headlines, scripts, social content and other creative communications.
• Translate strategic thinking into compelling creative ideas that are relevant, distinctive and emotionally engaging.
• Think beyond individual executions and ensure ideas work across multiple platforms and consumer touchpoints.
• Present and articulate creative ideas clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas beyond your own discipline.
• Understand commercial objectives behind briefs and balance creativity with effectiveness.
• Stay curious about culture, trends, people and what makes brands relevant.
