Singhope Consultancy Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced and self-driven cook to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for the preparation of raw materials, ensuring recipes and SOPs are followed, and maintaining hygiene across operations.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in the field, flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays, and a strong commitment to quality and food safety. Strong leadership and teamwork will be essential.

Formación

• At least 2 years of working experience in the kitchen.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Familiar with SFA regulations, hygiene and safety.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.
• Ability to lead and manage kitchen operations.
• Able to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare raw materials required on the menu.
• Ensure all food preparation follows Standard Recipes and Operating Procedures.
• Adhere to statutory food hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain regular maintenance of kitchen equipment, machinery and accessories.
• Ensure all items prepared are of consistent quality.
• Cook and plate prepared items according to Kitchen Manual standards.

• Adhere to all statutory food hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure regular maintenance of all kitchen equipment, machinery and accessories.
• Ensure all items prepared are done with the same level of quality and consistency.
• Responsible for cooking and plating prepared items according to standards in the Kitchen Manual.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Able to commit shift, weekends and public holidays.
• Understanding of current SFA regulations, hygiene and health, and safety legislations.
• A team player with a positive attitude.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Excellent leadership and management.
