Job summary

The Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) is seeking a seasoned controllership professional to review and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financials for assigned entities in accordance with SFRS, MFRS, and charity standards.

You will lead a small team of analysts, prepare and review journal entries, coordinate audits, and support tax computations and transfer pricing documentation. This role emphasizes process improvements and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or ACCA or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with 2+ years supervisory.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS, MFRS and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for assigned entities.
• Prepare and review journal entries; ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits; prepare draft audited statements.
• Assist in group consolidation and intercompany eliminations.
• Support tax computations, ECI submissions, and transfer pricing documentation.
