Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor or equivalent experience in Engineering.
• Min 5 years relevant Wafer Fab experience.
• Good communication in English.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve process-related problems using FMEA, 8D, SPC.
• Evaluate and optimize processes, equipment, and materials; drive yield improvement and cost reduction.
• Support new process qualifications; manage, audit, and collaborate with material suppliers.
• Drive global Contamination Control (CC) strategy and metrics; standardize processes across sites.
• Lead CC strategies to enable capacity, throughput, and fab utilization with quality compliance.
• Develop global CC strategies for wafer shipment and cross-site transfers; monitor SOPs.
• Lead and execute CC projects; manage scope, goals, and timelines; rally global resources.
