Job summary

Reeracoen (Singapore) is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead digital transformation initiatives, manage client engagements, and deliver end-to-end IT consulting solutions for enterprise-scale programs in today’s fast-moving environment.

You will own Project Management & PMO activities, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategy, and governance around Microsoft Purview and AI security, while coordinating with APAC stakeholders and delivering executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Project timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder expectations managed.
• Develop roadmaps, implementation plans, and governance for projects.
• Coordinate with business, compliance, legal, and IT teams for execution.
• Prepare project progress reports, risk assessments, and management presentations.
• Develop and implement enterprise-wide DLP policies and governance standards.
• Establish data classification and information protection frameworks.
• Design and implement DLP controls across Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Evaluate existing security controls and recommend improvements to strengthen data protection.
• Assist design, implementation, and governance of Purview DLP solutions.
• Assess data leakage risks with Microsoft 365 Copilot and GitHub Copilot.
• Develop AI security governance policies, access controls, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure adoption of Generative AI technologies.
• Coordinate with regional APAC stakeholders to resolve project issues and ensure alignment.
• Prepare executive-level dashboards and analytical reports.
• Provide recommendations based on risk assessments, project findings, and data analysis.
