Job summary

Catalyst Talent Strategy Consulting in Singapore is seeking a Senior Consultant (AML) to join our expanding banking & finance practice, delivering business analysis and technology solutions. You will work with banking clients and project teams to produce as-is/to-be models, requirements, use cases, data analysis, and system architecture artifacts, with a long-term project focus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business or IT consulting as a consultant.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and strong documentation skills.
• Able to commit to a long-term assignment on a single project/theme (more than 1 year).
• Available to start on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis for banking processes/systems.
• Communicate with banking clients and project members effectively.
• Create essential documents such as As-Is/To-Be process flows, Requirements Documents, Use Cases, Data Analysis, System Architecture, and Project Plans.
