Michael Page Singapore's Accounting & Finance practice is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to build client partnerships and manage end-to-end recruitment across industries. You will develop market expertise, grow your career with structured training, and benefit from Michael Page's global network.

You will cultivate client relationships, identify opportunities and deliver tailored recruitment solutions, covering roles from financial accounting to FP&A and tax.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their businesses and hiring needs.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, outreach and referrals.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: client briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offers and follow-up.
• Build candidate networks across financial accounting, management accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, internal audit and finance leadership.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define required qualifications and recruitment strategy.
• Advise clients and candidates on talent availability and remuneration.
• Prepare recruitment proposals and negotiate terms within company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and uphold confidentiality and integrity.

Role Description

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant atMichael Page, you will:

• Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their businesses, finance structures and hiring needs.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, client outreach, referrals and professional networking.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including client briefings, candidate sourcing and assessment, interview coordination, offer negotiation and placement follow-up.
• Build candidate networks across financial accounting, management accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, internal audit and finance leadership through direct sourcing, referrals and market mapping.
• Work with hiring managers to understand the technical expertise, industry experience and relevant qualifications required for each assignment.
• Assess candidates against job-related requirements, considering their skills, experience and relevant achievements.
• Advise clients and candidates on talent availability, remuneration, hiring requirements and recruitment processes.
• Prepare recruitment proposals and negotiate fees and service terms within company guidelines.
• Develop your understanding of accounting and finance functions, professional qualifications, industry developments and emerging skills to support informed recruitment advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams and locations on client opportunities, candidate referrals and recruitment delivery.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and handle client and candidate information in accordance with applicable requirements and company policies.
• Uphold fair recruitment practices, confidentiality and professional integrity throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who candemonstrate:

• Relevant experience in recruitment, accounting, finance, sales, business development or account management, with skills transferable to client engagement and recruitment delivery.
• An interest in Accounting & Finance and a willingness to develop specialist market knowledge. Experience recruiting for or working within these functions would be an advantage.
• The ability to understand accounting and finance job requirements and communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify business opportunities, engage prospective clients and develop existing accounts.
• Clear communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to understanding client and candidate needs.
• Strong research and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities.
• Initiative, persistence and the ability to respond constructively to changing client requirements and recruitment challenges.
• A commitment to service quality, fair hiring and building trusted, long-term professional relationships.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
