Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities, apply statutory codes, and ensure quality control and compliance across projects.

You will maintain accurate site records, analyze conditions and data, communicate with stakeholders, and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule. The role requires a Diploma in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical and at least 10 years’ RTO experience, including 8 years on similar complexity.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil, Structural or Geotechnical from a polytechnic or equivalent.
• Accreditation from the Joint Accreditation Committee of IES and ACES.
• BCSS certificate.
• Structural Steel Supervisor (StS) certificate.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant RTO experience, including at least 8 years supervising works of similar complexity.

Responsibilities

• Apply statutory codes and regulatory requirements to supervise site activities, ensuring quality control and compliance throughout construction administration and progress reporting
• Analyze site conditions and project data to communicate effectively with stakeholders through clear verbal and written reports
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records documenting work progress and compliance status
• Identify, address, and resolve site issues collaboratively to maintain project timelines and foster a positive team environment
• Supervise complex construction works, including large span structural steel and precast construction, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety standards
