Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd seeks a seasoned professional to supervise architectural and fitting-out works on major building construction projects. You will ensure compliance with statutory codes, maintain accurate site records, and proactively resolve site issues to drive project quality and progress.

The role requires strong site leadership, effective communication with stakeholders, and meticulous reporting to support project tracking and audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant RTO experience, including at least 8 years supervising works of similar complexity.
• Experience in architectural and fitting-out works within major building construction projects.
• Diploma in Architectural or Civil/Structural discipline from a Polytechnic or equivalent.
• Certificate in Building Construction Supervisors' Safety (BCSS) Course.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of statutory codes to supervise site activities, ensuring quality control and progress reporting.
• Analyze site conditions and project data, communicating with stakeholders through clear reports.
• Maintain accurate site records documenting progress for tracking and auditing.
• Identify and resolve site issues with the project team to keep operations smooth.
