Qualifications

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily on-site activities by managing subcontractors, in-house construction workers, and materials to ensure smooth operations.
Enforce health and safety regulations by conducting regular inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
Track project expenses and control costs to adhere to budgets and avoid delays.
Ensure construction work complies with design specifications, quality standards, and building regulations.
Prepare progress reports, review drawings, and maintain accurate project records.
Serve as the primary liaison for clients, architects, and engineers to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
