Job summary

IDEALS RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Site Project Manager to supervise all site work in collaboration with Project Managers, plan and direct construction activities to meet schedules and quality standards.

You will lead meetings, manage budgets and resources, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project documents. Strong communication, negotiation, and mentoring skills are essential. Minimum 8 years of project management experience in related field; Singapore-based candidates

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of project management experience in construction or related field.
Proven ability to supervise site work and coordinate with project managers.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience mentoring staff and conducting training sessions.

Responsibilities

Supervise all site work in cooperation with Project Managers.
Plan, organize, and direct construction activities to meet timelines and quality standards.
Manage project budget and resources to ensure on-time completion.
Conduct site meetings to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.
Ensure project documentation is filed and maintained per requirements.
Inspect compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.
Prepare weekly progress reports and other project deliverables.
