The position requires a civil engineering degree and 7+ years of construction experience, preferably with a main contractor, with strong PM and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years construction experience, ideally with a main contractor.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking.
• Familiarity with construction quality, cost, and safety standards.
• Comfortable working across multiple sites if required.
• Proficient in MS Office & Project Management software.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities to meet timeline, cost, and quality objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, architects, and authorities, providing guidance and technical support.
• Support personnel management, including coaching and monitoring team productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and performance.
• Organize and lead regular coordination meetings, track deliverables, and maintain project documentation.
