Talent Titans Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the Singapore construction sector. The role focuses on project execution, commercial management, and cost control to ensure profitability and timely delivery.

You will lead projects from start to finish, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and implement recovery plans for delays or cost overruns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Singapore construction industry including PM experience.
• Experience in costing, budgeting, cost forecasting, contract administration and variation claims.

Responsabilités

• Manage projects from commencement to completion within budget, time and quality.
• Plan and monitor schedules, resources, procurement and construction activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor costs, cash flow, cost-to-complete forecasts and profitability.
• Manage contracts, variation orders, progress claims, EOT claims and final accounts.
• Identify delays, cost overruns and risks; implement corrective actions.
