You will ensure on-time delivery within budget, maintain quality standards, and manage contracts, variations, and claims while coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ideal candidates have strong cost-control skills, leadership ability, and a proven track record in the Singapore construction industry.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in QS/Construction Management with minimum 5 years in Singapore construction.

Responsibilities

Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and required quality standards.
Plan and monitor project schedules, resources, procurement, and construction activities.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Monitor project costs, cash flow, cost-to-complete forecasts, and overall profitability.
Manage contracts, variation orders, progress claims, extension-of-time claims, and final accounts.
Identify project delays, cost overruns, and commercial risks, and implement corrective actions.
Develop and implement recovery plans for delayed or loss-making projects.
Monitor subcontractor performance and control project expenditure.
Conduct regular project progress and commercial reviews and report performance to management.
Ensure compliance with applicable Singapore construction regulations, safety requirements, and quality standards.
Ensure proper project close-out and final handover.
