Job summary

Xing Ye Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced on-site project manager to lead daily construction activities, ensure adherence to drawings, and coordinate with clients and suppliers.

The role requires strong safety know-how, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Candidates should have a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree and at least 15 years of project/site management experience in construction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• Minimum 15 years of site/project management experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety requirements; abilities in coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise daily construction activities.
• Manage project issues: manpower planning, schedule, and cost control.
• Understand drawings and ensure work follows approved drawings and specs.
• Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure project quality, safety, cost, and timeline targets; enforce standards.
