Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a construction coordinator with oversight responsibilities to ensure project schedules, budgets and quality targets are met. You will collaborate with the Project Manager and stakeholders to plan work, monitor progress, and resolve on-site issues.

The role involves reviewing drawings, MOS, and coordinating with consultants and subcontractors while ensuring safety standards and cost control. You will mentor junior engineers and prepare progress reports.

Qualifications

Coordinate and oversee construction-related activities to meet schedules, budgets and quality.
Demonstrate ability to read drawings and method statements; review MOS.
Collaborate with project team to plan work and monitor progress for timely delivery.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee construction activities to meet project schedules, budgets and quality requirements.
Plan work schedules with the Project Manager and monitor progress with stakeholders.
Review drawings, submissions and MOS.
Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve design and site issues.
Monitor site works, quality standards and safety compliance.
Review project costs, invoices and variation claims.
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site teams.
Prepare progress reports and carry out other duties assigned by management.
