The role requires close collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, with a focus on safety, risk management, and effective handover at project closeout. This is a full-time on-site position in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Project planning & scheduling to manage timelines and milestones.
• Budget and cost control to keep projects within approved funds.
• Contract and procurement management to secure vendors and materials.
• Coordination with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients for smooth execution.
• Construction quality control to meet specifications and standards.
• Health & safety compliance to ensure safe worksites.
• Risk and change management to handle variances and claims.
• Site progress monitoring to track on-site activities and progress.
• Team leadership and stakeholder communication to align parties and drive results.
• Project handover and completion to finalize documentation and close out.
