Job summary

You will develop schedules using MS Project, allocate resources efficiently, track milestones, and prepare all required documentation.

Qualifications

• Project management experience on construction or site projects.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings with clients, design consultants, main contractors and subcontractors.
• Plan, schedule, and track project milestones.
• Ensure safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and submit project documentation and reports.
• Lead subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Produce weekly status reports and close-out documents.
