Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil and/or structural engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with at least 5 years in building projects and construction management with a main contractor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily construction activities with general contractors and subcontractors.
• Assist in preparing construction contractual documents for approvals and submissions.
• Verify and update lists of errors, defects and variations based on plans and drawings.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices.
• Implement risk management plans and monitor time, cost, and quality controls.
• Research and apply latest built-environment developments and technologies.
