Job summary

Kim Hua Construction PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee hotel, commercial, and residential developments in Singapore. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients, manage a multidisciplinary team, and handle challenges across the full project lifecycle to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of hotel, commercial, and residential construction projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resources plans.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure all project objectives are met.
• Obtain all necessary permits, approvals, and certifications for each project.
• Supervise and lead a multi-disciplinary project team across site supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Foster collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and control project costs, oversee procurement, and approve invoices.
• Ensure safety protocols and regulatory requirements are met; conduct site inspections and audits.
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and milestones; manage client communications.
