Job summary

Multi Wealth (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is expanding its city-centre projects, seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead design development and delivery for luxury residential, hotel, and Grade A office components in Singapore.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage consultants, and ensure alignment with budget, schedule, and regulatory requirements. The role requires a Singapore-recognized architecture degree with at least 15 years of managerial experience, strong leadership,

Qualifications

• Singapore-recognized Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of managerial experience in real estate development, specializing in design and PM of large-scale mixed-use luxury projects in Singapore.
• Proven track record managing projects from conception to completion with construction, design development, and feasibility studies.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with multiple stakeholders across departments and external consultants.
• Proficiency in design software and project management tools; solid knowledge of local codes, regulations and zoning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and consultants to formulate design briefs and identify development options.
• Oversee submission, evaluation, and selection of design proposals; ensure alignment with project goals and approvals.
• Coordinate cost planning, monitor tender documents, and liaise with authorities and clients.
• Manage consultant appointments, service agreements, and integration of structural, architectural, and M&E services.
• Motivate contractors and site staff to meet schedules, ensure quality assurance, and mediate conflicts.
• Oversee rectification works, inspections, and handover of units with thorough documentation.
