Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years in the construction industry.
• Construction Safety Course for Project Managers.
• Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course.
• Independent, strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and PM skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient in MS Office and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project activities including cost management and schedule.
• Manage day-to-day operations with minimal supervision.
• Submit progress reports and cost/audit documentation.
• Proactively manage scope changes and contingencies.
• Plan, quality control and risk management for site supervision.
• Ensure site safety and prepare safe work procedures.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure smooth completion of the project.
