Job summary

Lightverse is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the entire project lifecycle across multiple sites in Singapore. You will lead planning, budgeting, and site coordination, ensuring milestones and safety compliance.

Candidates should have 5+ years in ACMV/M&E, degree in engineering, and proven leadership; proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred; strong communication and stakeholder management required.

Qualifications

• Leadership in a multi-site construction environment.
• Strong communication across clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with ACMV/M&E projects preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/shop drawings and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to handover.
• Develops master schedule, resource plan, and critical path monitoring.
• Approve design concepts and oversee engineering validation and system optimization.
• Lead site supervision team and liaise with Client and Contractor on site.
• Direct procurement strategy and manage multiple sites to meet contractual targets.
• Lead weekly client progress meetings with transparent status updates.
• Promote HSE practices and ensure compliance with WSH Act and safety inspections.
• Ensure authority submissions and approvals are obtained as needed.
