Job summary

DONGAH GEOLOGICAL ENGINEERING CO., LTD, SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to coordinate site activities, supervise crew, and ensure safety and quality standards are met on projects in Singapore.

The role requires leadership, extensive knowledge of procedures and equipment, and the ability to report progress to managers and engineers. Fluency in Korean for liaison with Korean stakeholders is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years as construction foreman.
• Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines.
• Ability to communicate and report effectively.
• Proficiency in Korean to liaise with Korean stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
• Produce schedules and monitor attendance of workers.
• Allocate general and daily responsibilities.
• Supervise and train workers.
• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment.
• Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.
