Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Site Engineer to manage construction activities from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality and safety standards.

You will coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, architects, subcontractors and site teams to resolve technical issues, review drawings and MOS, and monitor progress, costs and contractor claims. You will guide junior engineers and prepare progress reports for management.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating construction activities from planning to completion.
• Ability to review construction drawings, MOS and schedules.
• Experience guiding junior engineers and site personnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities from project planning to completion.
• Coordinate with PM, consultants, architects, subcontractors and site teams to resolve technical issues.
• Review drawings, MOS, work schedules and technical documents.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specs and regulations.
• Monitor progress, costs, variations and contractor claims.
• Support site safety measures, risk assessments and quality control.
• Guide junior engineers and site personnel, and prepare regular progress reports for management.
• Perform other duties assigned by the HOD – Engineering or Project Management Team.
