Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an Architect to lead the design coordination for a greenfield plant project in Singapore. The role involves planning, reviewing designs, obtaining permits, and ensuring procurement packages align with project milestones.

You will coordinate between construction, design consultants, and contractors, ensure shop drawings are issued, and maintain alignment with the Building Control Act and GMP requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, recognized by the Board of Architect, Singapore.
• Expertise in local Singapore permitting requirements.
• Familiar with cleanroom architecture and GMP areas.
• Knowledge of Buildability and Green Mark standards.
• Proficient in 3D design and 2D drafting using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design reviews with stakeholders and oversee architectural responsibilities.
• Liaise with design firms and contractors to ensure timely shop drawings.
• Assist in tendering and procurement documentation.
• Ensure drawings align with Building Control Act and project master program.
• Support permitting processes and liaise with Permitting and QP.
