The Compliance Officer role supports risk governance, trade surveillance, and regulatory inquiries in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of compliance experience, and is familiar with SFA, SGX‑ST Rules and SGX‑DT Rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Min. 3 years relevant experience in compliance.
• Familiar with SFA, SGX-ST Rules and SGX-DT Rules.
• Strong understanding of laws, regulations and industry standards.
• Proficient with MS Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic compliance reviews and document findings.
• Coordinate risk assessments, testing, and monitoring.
• Maintain audit-ready evidence and supporting documentation.
• Review staff personal trading and restricted/watch list administration.
• Perform trade surveillance reviews and investigations as needed.
• Handle regulatory inquiries and information requests related to trading activities.
• Facilitate regulatory notifications and approvals as required.
