CLSA in Singapore seeks a Compliance professional to join the Singapore Compliance team reporting to the Head of Legal and Compliance, with support from head office.

The role offers a broad mandate across multiple licensed entities in Singapore and several business lines, including institutional cash equities sales and trading, research, Delta One & Equity Derivatives, fixed income sales and trading, ECM, DCM and asset management businesses.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of Compliance/audit/regulatory experience in the financial services sector.
• Excellent analytical and quick logical thinking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and written/presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task across multiple activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for data collection and reporting.
• Understanding of the Securities and Futures Act and SGX‑ST rules.

Mansioni

• Maintain and execute the ongoing Compliance Monitoring Programme.
• Perform trade surveillance and monitor staff dealing activities.
• Liaise with MAS/SGX regarding licensing, registration, and ongoing obligations.
• Conduct Compliance desk reviews and thematic reviews as required.
• Assist with Compliance reporting to local and group management.
• Provide Compliance induction and training for new staff.
