Job summary

CLSA SINGAPORE PTE LTD invites a compliance professional to join the Singapore team, reporting to the Head of Legal and Compliance. You will manage a broad mandate across multiple licensed entities and business lines, driving monitoring, governance and regulatory liaison.

The role offers exposure to MAS/SGX requirements, regulatory audits, and policy development, with opportunities to grow broad compliance expertise within a regional platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in compliance/audit/regulatory work in financial services.
• Strong analytical and writing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task across teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and execute the Compliance Monitoring Programme and surveillance.
• Liaise with MAS/SGX on licensing, registration and ongoing obligations.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections; draft policies and procedures.
