Job summary

Loving Heart Multi-Service Centre in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to support the daily operations of the Active Ageing Centre. You will collaborate with the Centre Supervisor to ensure activities align with funders' objectives and LH's mission.

You will plan and deliver health and wellbeing activities for seniors, conduct outreach to vulnerable seniors, and manage volunteers while preparing reports and evaluating programmes for impact.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in programme facilitation and operational duties.
• WSQ qualification and above.
• Comfortable with MS Office 365.
• Experience in direct operational roles and facilitation of programmes.
• Able to carry and transport programme equipment such as tables and chairs.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team-oriented and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver activities and services that support the health, social engagement, and well-being of seniors in the community.
• Conduct outreach to identify socially isolated or vulnerable seniors.
• Manage volunteers in delivering activities and services.
• Prepare reports and programme evaluations.
• Track programme outcomes and participation rates.
