Job summary

The National University of Singapore’s Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy seeks an experienced communications professional to amplify impact through writing, strategy, and storytelling. You will join the External Affairs communications team and drive media relations, content development, and digital campaigns alongside faculty and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• 7–10 years in communications, journalism, or PR with project leadership.
• Experience in higher education, public policy, or think tanks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead media engagement to secure coverage across local, regional, and international outlets; pitch stories and prepare spokespeople.
• Conceive, write, and edit thought leadership articles, research commentaries, and institutional publications.
• Develop and manage content across digital channels; coordinate campaigns with designers, videographers, and vendors.
• Maintain editorial voice, brand identity, and messaging standards; provide editorial guidance and track media impact for leadership.
