Job summary

National University Polyclinics is seeking a dynamic Snr/ Assistant Manager in Group Communications to support NUHS’ vision as Singapore’s Academic Health System. You will translate complex priorities into compelling, audience-centric content and lead creative campaigns with strong brand governance.

You will work with internal teams, ministries, vendors and sponsors to deliver integrated content strategies, campaigns and events that strengthen NUHS’s brand and reputation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Management or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, content creation or equivalent; healthcare experience is advantageous.
• Strong conceptual, branding and design flair.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid project management and execution capabilities.
• Proven ability to foster partnerships with stakeholders and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual content and campaign plans across channels.
• Drive digital engagement and audience reach while maintaining brand consistency.
• Deliver creative campaigns and special projects within timelines and budgets.
• Plan events and engagement initiatives with strong vendor and stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate across cluster and institutional teams to shape messaging.
