NIKE, Inc. seeks a Senior Color Developer to lead end-to-end color development for apparel, translating design intent into ready-to-manufacture color executions.

You will apply color science, dyeing technologies and colorfastness standards, manage lab-dip reviews, and mentor teammates while driving data-driven decisions and digital color workflows across global suppliers. Experience with PLM, Excel and analytics tools is preferred to unlock predictive color outcomes and streamline product

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Textile, Color Science, Chemistry, Apparel or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant color development, textile coloration or apparel product creation experience.
• Strong understanding of color science, dyeing technologies, spectrophotometry, color standards and colourfastness requirements.
• Experience with PLM, DataColor, Natific or equivalent color-development systems, plus proficiency in Excel, Tableau or similar analytics tools.
• Strong project management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to mentor others and manage multiple seasons and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end color development for assigned apparel dimensions, translating creative intent into achievable, consistent and commercially ready color executions.
• Use technical expertise, data and digital tools to improve predictability, manage risk and deliver Buy Ready milestones.
• Lead seasonal color development, including color achievability, lab-dip review and approval, across materials and locations.
• Partner with Design, Product Management, PCC, Sourcing, Color Quality, Operations and Manufacturing Partners to align priorities and maintain momentum.
• Identify and mitigate color, performance and quality risks; lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure testing and colorfastness validation are completed and approvals meet calendars and milestones.
• Own color-development records, trackers and reporting; use analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Drive digitalization of color workflows, lab-dip tracking, approvals and standards; explore AI-assisted prediction and workflow automation.
• Influence through technical expertise and data-driven recommendations while mentoring teammates and supplier capability improvement.
